Saito is the character from Mitsuboshi Colors. A policeman who watches over the city and constantly comes at odds with the Colors.
Personality[]
Saito is a very important police man who is very serious at his job. In episode1, he had a rocket launcher and tried to stop the colors from running away because they where going to eliminate him but then Sat-Chan decided to throw the rocket launcher at him viciuosly, it did a number on him. But other than that he is a resolute police officer to trust.
Appearance[]
Saito is wearing a light blue shirt with two front pockets on each side of the shirt and also has light gray buttons on his front pockets and the middle down his shirt. He also has a little dark blue color shoulder pads with light gray buttons on both of them. Saito is also wearing dark blue pants. On his feet he wears black shoes. He has black hair. His eye color is black.
